(with employee's name - remember to say their name!:) )' Or 'You are the best!' (I had always heard them say to me so that why I used to spend my whole time to them and had no regret) Listen, they being more loyalty to you that because they sense they are very important to you and your biz. 3. Encouragement Use money to make people work for you. It doesn't mean blind to pay to people. You should thinking to how!
