To run a business must support by an entire management system;
maintain all people and departments together and hook up the
works.
Manager is an executor of business management. The person is
very important of the business that can save the biz, also can kill
the biz. Experienced, educated, organized, good communication
and trait are the elements to hiring the right person. For another
skill just to get help on the business.
Few of business owners despite the management, it typically
happens in small and family style businesses because they have
lack of budget and knowledge. They don't trust and realize
management can be ruling business. Despite all that, medium to big
business owners desire an entire management system to maintain
their businesses that because they believe it can help to grow up
their money.
They will hire Two or More management people instead of One
because management is a lot of so much hard works, they rather
have a team to manage.

Meanwhile, also avoids overpowered. It's dangerous if manager
has overpowered, he will make the risk to the boss. Finally,
disadvantage to boss but manager has no lost. You have to know
who pay the money that means who will get loss - the boss.
Manager should takes the responsibly. Good managers would be
helping the business to decrease the risk, prevent the crisis and
increase the profit those for helping their bosses.
Typically, management job is included as maintain all departments,
hiring employees, contact relative businesses, increase business
profit but less cost, make paper works as inventory, count
employee payrolls and taxes, set up computer system for helping
biz go smooth, solve the human relative dispute, solve the
business problem and prevent crisis, make a plan to grow up
biz�.etc.
However, some businesses only hire Part time manager, typically
happens in Medium to big restaurant. Their jobs only handle
customers care as house representative. They don't have the real
right and management work.
