Still Seeking a Job?

Are you still seeking a job? How long have you been waiting at
home? How many times have you called but no respond? Where
are the jobs?

The economic hurricane has torn down the market over 9 months.
Unemployment rate keeps slashing around the world. Many people
are losing and wanting jobs but less employment. Seriously, it's
really hard time for all job seekers.
First of all, you have to understand that the job market has
revealed abnormal and unhealthy phenomenon. The high
education people lost their jobs first because their salaries were
cost high. Many companies have cut off employment to survive in
the economic crisis, meanwhile, many business were closed in past
half year and until today keeps happening. It's so difficult for
people to find the jobs. So, high and middle classes suppose they
should be climbing down, "Teacher has master educated but work
of trash collector. Office's manger works as restaurant's waiter.
Business owners closed business being delivered�." they back
down to the lower worker classes.

However, the lower classes people have lack of education. Their
skills have only for working their jobs. It's pretty unfair if
compare with the higher educated people. The bosses would be
hired the much better one if they made the same pay. Somehow,
experience being not an important part. They are all focusing on
the money. I heard some of employers said they rather to hire
the young guys as students because they have lack of experience
and powerless, they won't fight back of their unfair salary and
working over time. It always happens in the dying businesses.
So, now, we have to realize which classes of us. Wherever, you
have a lot of competitors with you even just only for getting a job.
Somehow, it doesn't mean has zero change. I used to be job
seeker what I knew how to success to seek a job, and after, I was
a manager for hiring and interviewing. Therefore, I completely
understood what two sides thinking of, what the employer
seeking and what the employee requiring. Although, I can't
promise you will have a job because I'm not the boss who hired
you. But one thing is I know how to increase your opportunity.
You have to learn how to kick off your competitors and get a job.
