home and office all day long just for waiting a call but you don't
really know when the job would call back. I used to give a call to
candidate in whole week but no one pick up the phone call, including

the block private call. I just want to say "Hey, guy, you have a
chance!" I have no idea how many times the candidates lost their
changes for interview, even they've had passed the interview and
ready get the jobs. You can set your own message box and tell the
job caller to leave message if you really can't pick up the call.
However, the better way is picking up or returns the call as soon as
well. Otherwise, you will loss the change. Seriously, "change"
won't wait for you and go to next someone else who will pick up
the call. Remember, the job won't wait for you, your competitors
always staring at you!

14. No home language- I have ever listened my friend to call a job.
She yelled to me after hang up the phone. She said she realized the
speaker can speak her home language because her accent, but she
refused to speak the dialogue when she tried to speak her home
language. Listen! 99% employers want their employees can speak
well local language as English in USA, Canada, and UK�. Even they
speak not well and fully accent. But they are looking for speak well
English people can help their businesses. You should keep speaking
the local language until interviewer talk to you first. That's mean
they trust you and want to get close to you with the home
language.
