3 requests of boss to worker

1. On time
The working times suppose belongs to boss when they have
already bought you individually, so that why they got mad when
workers late. However, it doesn't mean your whole time. Concern
of the pay equal depend on you both have to bargain of the job
conditions and the wages correctly; such as the pay of per hour,
the hours per week of your schedule, your job position and range,
extra pay if you worked over time and works �etc.
Also, they don't like you left early and absent have no reason. On
the other sides, you can say they can save the money because they
don't have to pay you when you weren't there. However, "On
time" becomes an unwritten rule between people of employment.
(Some biz have written on the staff guideline) Bosses always like
workers come early or on time even they can't promise you get off
on time. Therefore, pardon! That's only unfair thing you can't
request back to boss because it will break down all of the biz
system when people late.

2. Be honest
Do not happen any cheating and stealing at the working area.
I used to see some people have bad habits of these. The typically
as toilet papers, office equipments, money, make the fake
invoices for claiming... And they said just taking, not that means
cheating or stealing. Seriously, life would suck because the trust
was broken.

3. Responsible
Complete the works that what you should have to finish and
doing well. That's the basic requirement why we can get the jobs.
Workers have to done their parts for exchange money.

Definitely, that should be it. Worker is only a part of business but
not a whole. You don't have to concern of the biz how to do and
how to run. Then, you have no personal angry; you can always
relax to work.
