On the market, you have to always remind yourself these following
questions;
Where your business at the market now?
Does your biz hit your target market?
If yes, how many of percentage have you hit? How many have not
developed yet?
How to find the target people out and how to expand your biz start
from 5 miles to 25 miles even far more?
What type of people in your loop and which not now?
What they like and what they don't like of your biz (service and
product)? And why?

Sensitive observe and find out the answers in earlier than your
competitors, strong to grow up your business connection and
develop the business market net.

5. Business has no emotion because people make you feel
headache! See the real and keep your attention of;

i). People need to control by management - their "free style" that
enough to destroy your entire system. I have never seen the
successful businesses follow the workers but only the workers
follow to.
ii). Sensitive to observe - Predict the business crisis before the
people have never seen, as discover the problems in the system and
then solve it, improve it and prevent it; to lower the risk of losing
money if it really happened. That's roughly called "risk
management".
iii). Prevent of people cheating and business financial crisis - make a
habit to review the reports of total sales, department sales,
products & items sales and to compare yearly report etc.
iv). Security system - to protect and prevent any attack, steal, harm
to business and customers; that cause effect to your business
trustful impression in public.
v). Get the different professional advices that to provide the details
of analytics such as data, information & report, accounting,
laws�etc. And their opinions all trend objective, much trustful than
general people as workers say, with the different situation and
mind; realize who really can tell you how to do the biz.

6. Devote to your business
Thinking of how to make your business go much better and being
big. Grasp the change to collect money from people between
customers, investors and merchants with you; then use the money
to making money and works.
