How to make people work for you?

1. You are not a part of system

not a part of system but you are a principal. Make sure your biz
running well if you were not there. Let each part runs individually,

money flow current.
You may work a part temporary when the business started or for
emergency. However, you don't have to work on any position but

to make people work for you! Pay them appropriate money, let
